We invite you to join our club for a special visit to headspace in Lyngby, where we will learn how this organisation supports young people (aged 12 to 25) with their challenges, and helps improve their mental well-being.

Headspace offers a safe, welcoming space where young people can talk openly with trained volunteers about anything troubling them - big or small. The conversations are guided by the young people's needs, with empathy, respect and care.

What can you gain from this evening?
- Discover how Headspace makes a meaningful difference in many young people's lives.
- Meet our Rotary members and fellow guests, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities to make a positive local and international impact.
- Experience the fellowship and community spirit of our friendly, inclusive, English-speaking international and Danish Rotary club, while enjoying a pizza and drinks after the presentation.

After the presentation, we will enjoy pizza and drinks, giving everyone time to continue the conversation and get to know our Rotary members and guests.
